If you enjoy cycling and are up for a challenge why not use your pedal power, move up a gear and take part in SeeAbility?s latest cycle challenge?
SeeAbility, is inviting people to take part in its new Cycle For Sight ride from Leatherhead to Chantilly. Getting on your bike has never been such fun with this exciting challenge that will take to the roads on the weekend of 16th to 18th May.
Starting from the Charity?s campus in Leatherhead, Surrey cyclists will meander their way through some beautiful English and French countryside arriving in Chantilly to finish at the French Racecourse.
Cycle For Sight to Chantilly is a two-day ride, which is split into two categories, the Hares who ride 160 miles and the Tortoises who ride 80 miles. So whether you?re an experienced cycle pro? or a keen leisure cyclist you can choose the challenge that suits you. Once past the finishing line at Chantilly there will be a gala dinner and presentation before a well-earned rest.
Cycle For Sight to Chantilly will be a great cycling experience, with the reassurance of a full support crew to take care of you, your bike and your luggage.
Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of France with the lush green landscapes and quite cycle friendly road of France.
There are plenty of short climbs interspersed throughout the ride that will give you that extra excitement.
Helen Moore Events Fundraiser, SeeAbility said: ?Last years Cycle Derby from Epsom to Chantilly was great fun and an excellent chance to meet new people, where many of the riders gained new friends from the challenge. It?s a fantastic experience, whether you are serious cyclist or just enjoy cycling as a hobby.?
?We at SeeAbility organise everything, including Channel Crossings, overnight accommodation and back up teams. All we ask is for our cyclists to gain sponsorship where all the monies raised from the event will help enormously towards the work of the charity. ?
