Cycle The Hampton Court to Hove Stretch

Welcome to the Big H Bike Ride

Sunday 29th June 2003

Join us on the Big H and you will be taking part in the UK?s fastest growing charity bike ride. From Hampton Court to Hove, the Big H is a unique opportunity to stretch yourself for good. In doing so you will raise substantial funds for those who really need it whilst at the same time having a fun days cycling.

This year we have 3,000 places on offer and aim to beat all records by raising more than £300,000. This money will help children and adults with Down?s syndrome and other learning disabilities, through the work of Norwood and the Down?s Syndrome Association. There is no better way to help those who need it most!

The Event

The Big H stretches across some of Britain?s most idyllic countryside, From Hampton Court to Hove.
The ride is clearly sign posted and you will be well looked after by our team of voluntary marshals and mechanics. In addition there are plenty of free roadside refreshment stops to help you on your way!

All you need to enter is the small registration fee and to encourage your sponsors to stretch themselves as much as they can! We suggest a target of £350 but, regardless of your final tally, we are delighted to welcome you. Ample parking facilities are available at the start and we will provide coaches to transport you and your bike back to the start.

The 60 mile ride
