Sunday 9th May. The Forest of Arden Sponsored Bike Ride is back for 2004.
What better day to get the bike out. A prettier ride you could not experience. The quiet winding lanes of Warwickshire are suitable for all riders young and old. A ride for all abilities. Families are very welcome. However if you just want to ?get your head down and go? then you are very welcome too. We offer food and drink stops, a well signed route and excellent first aid and radio cover. Start and finish at the Warwick Girls Band HQ in Hampton Street Warwick where you?ll find ample car parking and toilet facilities. Choose from two routes 50km and 100km and raise money for Action Medical Research, a very worthy cause dedicated to giving people back their health.

Sunday 23rd May. A new ride for 2004. The Lark Rise Trail Sponsored on/off road Bike Ride.
You will be riding along the peaceful and scenic country lanes and bridleways of Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. A great family ride but also for individuals. We are lucky enough to have Paddington bear with us on the day to see you all on your way. The ride starts and finishes on Fringford village green, at the Village Hall. Lots of parking space and toilet facilities available. This well signed ride is fully covered by Alpha Care for first aid if needed, a patrolling sweep vehicle and a food and drinks stop. Choose from 25 and 40 mile routes. All funds raised go to Action Medical Research.
