The Ride of the Falling Leaves. October 5th
The Ride of the Falling Leaves is a 110km cyclo sportive style event run in aid of the Lavender Trust Breast Cancer charity. It is now in it's 6th year and has become something of an institution amongst London Cyclists. The ride starts and finishes at Herne Hill Velodrome in south London and is followed by food and drinks in the Velodrome bar. The route takes in some great scenery (and hills) in Kent and Surrey and features a food stop at half way. The ideal end of season ride!
