No website about our members would be complete without a section on the special services available, and from one member in particular, Longstaff Cycles in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire.

For just over 20 years now they have been designing and building custom and 'off the peg' cycle frames.

All the frames are individually designed and manufactured for the purpose intended. All frames are then built on precision jigs using the appropriate selection of tubing and with all fittings silver soldered to minimize distortion and maintain structural integrity.

Ensuring your fit
Custom frame means custom fit and to ensure your custom bike fits you, Longstaffs go beyond the simple measuring of arms and legs and use a specific device, built by George Longstaff, which they refer to as the MPS System.

With infinite adjustability of the MPS System customers have been heard to say, "yes, just fit wheels to it and I'll take it". However they are even more pleased when through the engineering expertise of the team; they collect a finished bike that feels just as comfortable.
